| | Become aware of how you feel before, during and after you gamble. |
| | Make a list of the positives and negatives of gambling in your life. |
| | Keep track of the financial expenses of gambling. Are there other ways you might like to spend some of this money? |
| | Try to make some changes in your gambling to cut it down and see how that feels. |
| | Think about stopping the gambling that may be concerning you for a little while to see how that feels. |
| | Be aware of how others may feel about your gambling and how their feelings affect you. |
| | Talk to a problem gambling counsellor. |
