Fresh Start - Group Description and Schedule

Relapse Prevention Group

The Relapse Prevention Group is open to all adults over the age of 18. Fresh Start clients who are stable in their recovery and are wanting to build on their strategies for preventing relapse can be referred to the group by their counsellor. This is an abstinence-based group, which means members must be abstaining from all drugs and alcohol.

Women's Support Group

The Women's Support Group is open to all women over the age of 18. Fresh Start active ADSTV female clients seeking weekly support can be referred to the group by their counsellor. This is an abstinence-based group, which means members must be abstaining from all drugs and alcohol. Members sign contracts for a number of sessions up to 24.

Men's Support Group

The Men's Support Group is open to all men over the age of 18. Active Fresh Start male clients seeking weekly support can be referred to the group by their counsellor. This is an abstinence-based group, which means members must be abstaining from all drugs and alcohol. Members sign contracts for a number of sessions up to 24.
