Recovery Philosophy:

The staff of Addiction Services of Thames Valley believes that persons with substance abuse or gambling problems can learn to manage these concerns and lead fulfilling lives. We believe that clients should retain the fullest control over their lives. This will be achieved by empowering persons with these concerns to identify and access appropriate resources that correspond to their individual needs.

We will engage in management practices that support teamwork and commitment among staff.
