Addictions Supportive Housing Thames Valley (ASHTV)

Addictions Supportive Housing an exciting new service available in Thames Valley. The program is designed to assist people who have trouble maintaining housing due to their substance use and are looking to make positive changes in their life. Participants will be working with an Intensive Addictions Case Manager (IACM) on-site to develop an individualized approach to treatment.

The information provided here is to inform participants or referral agencies on the basic aspects of the program. It is important to note that this is not permanent housing. Housing within the ASH program may run up to 364 days in length. Participants will work with their IACM to have the skills necessary to obtain and maintain stable and appropriate housing by their discharge date.
