What is Supportive Housing?
- Supportive housing is Rent Geared to Income (RGI) housing that provides a chance for participants to stabilize and get connected to the community.
- The housing is linked to support services that are flexible to meet individual needs, goals and treatment plans.
- Addictions Supportive Housing Thames Valley program runs for up to 364 days and is not permanent housing. Intensive Addictions Case Managers will be working with participants to ensure they have the skills necessary to obtain and maintain stable and appropriate housing by their discharge date.
